Abstract

Considering the influence of Leadership style to ensure employee
engagement of employees, the study aims to investigate the relationship between Strength-based Leadership and employee engagement using the lens of the Leader-Member-Exchange (LMX) theory. This study is quantitative in nature. The objective of this study is to determine the influence of subordinates’ strength based leadership and employee wellbeing on employee engagement. This quantitative study aims to obtain generalized results by collecting 253 questionnaires from divergent manufacturing and service organizations. The collected data were analyzed using correlation and regression analysis to test the hypotheses and evaluate the relationship among the variables. The results exhibited a notable influence of strength-based Leadership on employee engagement. The study encloses practical implications and notes for upcoming research.
